History
North Street Urban Garden began in 2007 as a community-based
backyard gardening project in McKinley neighborhood. The
project was relocated in 2008 to North Street where modeling
urban gardening would be much more visible to the public.
The project also gained farm manager Jason Donati who came
to the project with over five years of urban gardening
experience in Buffalo, New York. Jason and his family’s hard
work and determination is has lead to the success of this
project, thanks Jason! |
